This month's challenge at Lost Coast Designs is "Circles"

For this  card I used the small circle stamp from the Shadow Frame Set with different colours distress ink. On top of that the Feather Bird in plain black ink

January 2015 Guest Designer Stampotique (week1)

I am very pround to let you know I am a guest designer for Stampotique in the month January this year. 

The theme of the first week, hosted by Claudine,  is "New Years Resolution". Most of us always create a new Years Resolution at the beginning of the new year. So for 2015 I made something with a new years resolution in mind :)

For this tag I used The "When I grow up" Stamp (Carol's Collection), "January" from the months stamp set by Amy Wilson, "Weasel" by Daniel Torrente and France's French Journal Page"" for the background.

SDC171: Favorite Colors

For Stampotique Challenge 171 I used all different kinds of techniques and media to create the background in some of my favourite colors. Stamps: My Heart by France Papillon and Unleash Yourself by Roc Nicholas. Thanks for watching! :)

This tag I created for the Stampotique Challenge at the Craftorij ( use a tag)  and for the "book text" Challenge at the Stampotique forum.

The Background has (a bit hard to see) the big text journal page stamp from France and I wrote white book text on top of it and finished with the Fabulous stamp and using white embossing powder

Clean and Simple

For the 4th Lost Coast Designs Challenge I created this CAS card.
Using the Head in Hands stamp which I only stamped with black ink on Hazel & Ruby's tissuepaper. That's easy peasy isn't it ?  ;)

The Craftorij's 4th Anniversary

This Art Journal page I made for a Stampotique challenge at The Craforij to celebrate their 4th anniversary. The background I made by using a mini gelliplate as a stamp together with acryllic paint and a lot of different tools and stencils.

OMG it has been so long!

I just noticed that it has been over 2 months ago since my last post. Things have been quite hectic over here so that's wht I didn't have time to post.
I haven't been doing nothing so now I am showing you a few indexcards I made for a Summer Challenge in Holland. We get a prompt every day and have to create something on an index card. I am sowing you only about 10 but I think I made about 35 cards now.

Stampotique "It's a boy" challenge @ The Craftorij

SDC142: Use Paint or Pen

For this weeks Stampotique Challenge I used a lot of pen and dear
Miss Snottie ;)

SDC141 A bit of Humor ;)

For this Stampotique Challenge I used stamp nr 6137 Jammin' by Daniel Torrente. The background is made with a gelli plate, some flower stamps and more colour added with Gelatos. I also used Gesso, some stencils, Art Anthology Red Stone Effects paint, washi tape and AA Sorbet Frost. I hope you like it :)

Op deze Art Journal pagina heb ik stempel 6137 Jammin' gebruikt. De achtergrond is gemaakt op een gelli-plate en daar overheen weer stencils, bloemenstempels, gesso, verschillende soorten Art Anthology verf en wat washi tape. 

Textured Background SDC 137

For Kay Wallace's challenge "Textured Backgrounds" I have been using quite some different products to get the effect I was looking for. I started with a blue water color pencil, after that I applied Gelato cotton candy and then I used a stencil and a baby wipe to get the basic background. I added a layer of glimmer mist (Pearl) to give it a shiny look but of course this didn't give me a textured background so I might as well have skipped this LOL.

Next I used distress inks Broken China and Chipped Saffire and to get my texture, Clear Rock Candy distress paint. Let it dry and then applied Chipped Saffire again to get the cracks more visible.

I used the Stampotique LOVE stamp and at last I added some embellishments and a lot of white dots around the LOVE stamp.

SDC138 Green | What's the colour of money?

For this Art Journal page I started with a background of Dollar Bill Napkins glued with clear medium and gesso. After that I used several TCW stencils and different colours of green acryllic paint. 

The stamps I used for the background are Stampotique stamps 3063 Spidergrass, 3006 Hexagon and 6112 Tree. I cut out the Hexagon stamps and stitched them together with a piece of paper from an old French account book.

At last I stamped 7126 Single Tear twice on tissue paper and glued them next to each other (one of them reversed side up)

Art Journal pagina voor de Stampotique uitdaging van deze week bij de Craftorij, "iets met hartjes". De achtergrond heeft als basis een gelli-plate print met stempels en stencils bewerkt. Aan de rechterkant washi tape met bewerkt papier van bruine boterhamzakjes en een Tim Holz Die vastgestikt. De nieuwe Art Anthology Stone Effect (Bone) verf gebruikt voor de grote tekst.

At the Stampotique Originals FB page the challenge was "Perfect Pairs" and of course I had to use the Tweedles for this. I kept it quite simple with only some background paper, washi tape, a few words and stitches.

A Stampotique MOO

This is my first MOO, but what exactly is a MOO?
A MOO is a very small card 1.1 x 2.75 inch (about half the size of a regular business card) This one is made for a Stampotique challenge at the Craftorij so of course it has some Stampotique stamps, howmany different ones do you see on this card?
( I know, I know, I forgot to cut a piece of white paper, really stupid but I couldn't change it anymore so please don't shoot me :) )

The 3th challenge this month was "Numbers".
For this I created an art-journal page with lots of numbers hanging at the top of the page. The background is made with different techniques like Spray Ink, Stamps, Templates and Modeling paste.
