Ask someone else to draw on your page - finish it | Week 13 DLP

DLP week 13. My husband drew the little house for me which he saw looking out of the window when we were on holiday last week. I added some colour, used some stencils, pieces from old magazines, and of course some doodles to finish it.

DLP week 13: "Vraag of iemand anders iets op je pagina tekent en maak het zelf verder af". Mijn man tekende het huis wat hij zag toen hij uit het raam keek op ons vakantieadres. Ik heb de kleuren toegevoegd, wat afbeeldingen uit tijdschrifen en natuurlijk doodles.

SDC138 Green | What's the colour of money?

For this Art Journal page I started with a background of Dollar Bill Napkins glued with clear medium and gesso. After that I used several TCW stencils and different colours of green acryllic paint. 

The stamps I used for the background are Stampotique stamps 3063 Spidergrass, 3006 Hexagon and 6112 Tree. I cut out the Hexagon stamps and stitched them together with a piece of paper from an old French account book.

At last I stamped 7126 Single Tear twice on tissue paper and glued them next to each other (one of them reversed side up)

Art Journal pagina voor de Stampotique uitdaging van deze week bij de Craftorij, "iets met hartjes". De achtergrond heeft als basis een gelli-plate print met stempels en stencils bewerkt. Aan de rechterkant washi tape met bewerkt papier van bruine boterhamzakjes en een Tim Holz Die vastgestikt. De nieuwe Art Anthology Stone Effect (Bone) verf gebruikt voor de grote tekst.
