Project Life - Making your own cards & textured backgrounds

For these project life pages, 2 holidays in 2008 and 2009 I used my own made background cards in combination with some purchased cards. I like making my own cards to combine them and give my album my own signature. The products I used for the background cards are all from Art Anthology.

This gave me a nice textured background wich I personally like very much.

 

 

SDC141 A bit of Humor ;)

For this Stampotique Challenge I used stamp nr 6137 Jammin' by Daniel Torrente. The background is made with a gelli plate, some flower stamps and more colour added with Gelatos. I also used Gesso, some stencils, Art Anthology Red Stone Effects paint, washi tape and AA Sorbet Frost. I hope you like it :)

Op deze Art Journal pagina heb ik stempel 6137 Jammin' gebruikt. De achtergrond is gemaakt op een gelli-plate en daar overheen weer stencils, bloemenstempels, gesso, verschillende soorten Art Anthology verf en wat washi tape. 

Make & Take @ de Craftorij

Afgelopen zaterdag samen met Els onze eerste Make & Take als gast designer gegeven bij de Craftorij in Ede. Een aantal van de bezoekers kende ik natuurlijk al maar het was ook erg leuk om een aantal van jullie nu "live" te ontmoeten i.p.v via een plaatje of foto op bijvoorbeeld Facebook. Het was erg leuk om te doen en ook nog eens super gezellig. Natuurlijk  Lia en Irma bedankt voor de gastvrijheid en de goede zorgen voor "de inwendige mens". xxx

Stampotique Challenge at the Craftorij. " Hearts"

Art Journal pagina voor de Stampotique uitdaging van deze week bij de Craftorij, "iets met hartjes". De achtergrond heeft als basis een gelli-plate print met stempels en stencils bewerkt. Aan de rechterkant washi tape met bewerkt papier van bruine boterhamzakjes en een Tim Holz Die vastgestikt. De nieuwe Art Anthology Stone Effect (Bone) verf gebruikt voor de grote tekst.
